Jacob Kline | Owner & Founder
Jacob, a St. Augustine native, began his journey in real estate in 2019. After several years of hands-on experience renovating homes, he identified a growing need in the local market: high-quality new construction homes that offer a custom feel—without the luxury price tag. Committed to giving back to the community he’s always called home, Jake set out to fill that gap. His deep Florida roots give him a unique understanding of how to build homes that are not only beautiful, but also durable enough to stand up to the state’s tough climate. Today, Jake is focused on delivering thoughtfully designed, lasting homes that meet the real needs of everyday families.
Patrick brings over a decade of hands-on experience in building luxury custom homes and high-end remodels. With a degree in Forestry from the University of Washington, he combines a deep respect for natural materials with a sharp eye for detail and craftsmanship. His background in both design and construction allows him to create homes that are not only beautiful, but
built to last.

Bianca is an architect from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with experience in project management. She focuses on pre-construction permitting and site planning, bringing a user-focused approach and strong organizational skills to every project.
